We had an ace time serving up this Character filled project for the Australia Open Kids Day – it was a grand slam.

The AO Kids day is a massive live event packed with a wide variety of activities around the Australian Open precinct, culminating in the major live stage show / tennis tournament at Rod Laver Arena. Dirty Puppet was commissioned to create a cast of original characters based on the ‘Hot Shots’ brand, bringing them to life for a variety of unique format LED content.

The Kids Day spectacular is a live event the seamlessly jumps back and forth between stage show and playful tennis games featuring some of the major tennis stars of today. We created a variety of seamlessly looping content that was dynamically triggered during the event to enhance the on court experience, bringing playfulness and depth to the arena event.
