Featuring KAW’s character BFF, ‘Playtime’ is a rich sensory experience welcoming kids and families into BFF’s world. Young visitors are invited to nestle into cosy nooks, explore and play. The touchscreen interactive tells a tale about feelings and the importance of friends and asks children to draw a friend for BFF. Finished drawings are then presented by the character and be easily shared with friends and family or through social media.
We were also tasked with creating the main marketing material to introduce BFF & KAWS to the NGV. This involved planning and shooting live action footage of various iconic Melbourne landmark, integrating a 30foot tall animated sculpture into each shot.
It was an absolute pleasure working with such an amazing team alongside an inspiring, prolific artist.
